I wanted to draw a monster in my traditional style art which is always in pencil. I don't have alot of money so I use whatever is around me to apply my artistic ability. This was sketched out as the idea in "3H" first to get the overall idea of the character. After the sketch was made out, I went over it with the darker pencils such as "H, B. B2 and B4." I then began shading with "4H" and began adjusting for detail as the picture became more completed. When I was about the age frame between 4-10, this was one of the main monsters closest to the boogeyman that I would see in my dreams...well, nightmares rather. I wish I had the artistic talent to create a more visual piece to this character but money's an issue for this unfortunately. I added stitches on the monsters body as he had been tormented in his previous time. He has sharp nails and very sharp teeth to chew through his unsuspecting victims/prey. His eyes are sewn together but relies on his high depth keen hearing sense to hunt (maybe haunt). The monster is bursting out of a closet as it drags its nails along the wall. After several days of being in the closet, bugs and old clothing are the only remains in the dusty dirty closet...and a furious monster ready to prey.
